St Paul's Lodge is a project of St Paul's Lutheran church, Nundah. Originally it was known as 'Deedar' and housed Aboriginal young people coming down to Brisbane to attend High School. When that need was no longer there it was re-named St Paul's Lodge and focused on housing country folk coming to Brisbane for medical appointments, as well as their families. Currently the Lodge provides low cost, short term accommodation for students and others, as well as emergency accommodation when possible.
